Off-plan visualisation from drawings alone — stills and a fly-through built to sell a building that does not exist yet.

Modelled from the architect’s drawings, lit for a specific hour, and rendered at the resolution the sales suite needed.

A short fly-through and a set of interior stills came out of the same scene, so the marketing and the sales assets agree.
