XcellPrint is the print division of XcellAgency, run from New York. You upload a file; the preflight and a person check it; you approve a proof; we print it with a trade partner and ship it to you.
How an order runs
Four steps, one proof.

Choose
Pick the product, size, stock and quantity. The price updates as you go.

Upload
Drop in your PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF. We check size, bleed, resolution and colour.
- 03
Check the proof
See exactly what will print, with the trim and safe lines drawn on. Approve it.
- 04
Pay and track
Pay once, with tax and shipping shown. Track it from the confirmation email.
What we check on every file
- Size and bleed
- The file against the trim you chose, with or without bleed, and a rotation when the orientation differs.
- Resolution
- Every image at print size. 300 DPI is the target; a low resolution is flagged, and a very low one stops the file.
- Colour
- RGB is converted with a warning; spot colours are named, so you know they will be converted.
- Fonts and pages
- Fonts must be embedded; a two-sided product needs one page per side, or a two-page PDF.
