The story
The challenge
Eleven branches, eleven spreadsheets, and a monthly margin figure that took the finance team a week to assemble and was out of date when it landed.
The approach
The questions came first — what does a branch manager need to know on a Monday morning? — and the warehouse was modelled to answer those, not to mirror the ERP.
What we built
A data warehouse fed nightly from the ERP and the point-of-sale system, dashboards per branch and for the group, and an analytics retainer to keep them honest as the business changes.
