The story
The challenge
Four practices, four logos, and a patient letter that looked different depending on which site sent it. The last agency delivered a logo file and a PDF; nobody could reproduce the colour in print.
The approach
The identity was specified as a system — type, colour in both CMYK and RGB, spacing rules, a signage kit — rather than as a mark. Every application was proofed at the printer before sign-off.
What we built
A wordmark and symbol, a guideline document the practice managers can actually follow, stationery and signage artwork for all nine sites, and a design subscription for whatever comes next.
