The story
The challenge
A paid-search agency reported clicks and an SEO agency reported rankings. Neither number was a patient in a chair, and the practices could not tell which spend was working.
The approach
Booking tracked end to end first, so every channel reported on the same outcome. Paid search and local SEO were then run by one team against that number, with a monthly note in plain English.
What we built
Search campaigns per practice with call and form tracking, local listings and location pages for organic, and a single monthly report: what was spent, what was booked, what it cost per booking.
